Montréal is the second most populous city in Canada, the tenth most populous city in North America, and the most populous city in the province of Quebec. Is this what we've devolved into? I watched as STM employees walked by. This has grown widespread in Lionel-Groulx, St-Henri, and other metros. What are your thoughts?
