PHILOSOPHIZING WHILE RAKING LEAVES

Philosophizing while raking leaves. Are we really free when we are not allowed to question things , is that really scientific , is it right that people with dissenting opinions are silenced or even sent to court to recant their believes or get punished , this sounds very similar to history class when we studied a time when the christian church ruled the west .
Is the increased surveillance to reduce serious crimes or to prevent free speech , we have the best health care ever , yet people are more sick than ever , is it because of our genes or because of increased toxins in our environment such as fake foods , added chemicals in water , petroleum based fabrics , lotions , soaps & radiation , Does the system want the majority of people to be weak , & why ? lock downs , being happy owning nothing , newspeak , Sounds like the book/movie 1984 to me .
