At one time, Jarrett Guarantano was the #1 dual threat QB coming out of high school and was expected to save Tennessee football. Sadly despite being one of the top statistical QBs in Vols history, JG went down as a huge disapointemtn and was probably the most disappointing QB in the last few years for them.
