Ohio reducing Property Taxes for Seniors?

The Ohio Statehouse is beginning to hear commentary from sources like Brian Massie and Leonard Gilbert who are proposing freezing or reducing property taxes for senior citizens. Property taxes never go down and seniors (on fixed incomes) are being priced out of their homes!
