Raining cats and dogs this past few days so I decided to make a tranquil mix of the sounds I hear outside with some good Asian-themed instrumentals. Great for breath work!

STEPS:
1 - Let your mind soak in the natural sound of the leaves and the rain and the wind. Each has their own vibrations and energy. Synchronize to them and be one with nature to feel its energy flow. Use this to enhance your breathwork.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
