DIY Halloween Costume with zero know-how - part 4.5 - making and attaching the collar

In this installment we make and attach the high collar. It was more difficult than I thought it was going to be, but I did learn a lot about how I wanted it to all go together for the final product afterwards. I also added some needed velcro. Enjoy!
