Rob co-founded the Vermont Yak Company in 2007, as a member of a three family, two farm, agri-preneurial business importing Vermont’s very first yak herd from Minnesota. He’s been the proprietor of the "YakItToMe!" Mobile BBQ" food wagon every summer since 2013, the world’s smallest all-yak food truck operation serving up exclusively grass-fed Vermont grown yak beef, and is currently at work on a book about yaks entitled Life By The Horns: Our Hairy, Humpy, Horny Human Future And What We Might Learn From The Yak.Show more
