True Morel

The True Morel (Morchella esculenta) is a wild mushroom that grows in Deciduous and Coniferous forests beginning in early spring. The True Morel is also known as the Common Morel, Yellow Morel, Sponge Morel, Himalayan Wild Mushroom, and Gucchi Mushroom. The True Morel can be found in North America, Europe, Asia, Japan, New Zealand, Brazil, and Bulgaria.
