Summer Oyster Mushroom

The Summer Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus pulmonarius) grows on dead coniferous and deciduous trees in spring and early summer. The Summer Oyster Mushroom is also known as the Phoenix Mushroom and Lung Oyster and can be found throughout the Pacific Northwest.
