24 hours every day there’s usually a long line at the tiny stand of Taqueria Los Cocuyos in the central historical part of Mexico City, so be prepared to wait a bit—grab a fresh juice to have on hand while you do! If you want suadero tacos (tender “sweated” tacos made from beef brisket or beef from the lower parts of the cow), these are the real deal and why Anthony Bourdain said they were his favorite tacos in Mexico City. For the more "risk taker" there is a long list of not your usual type of tacos being served like tongue, (Lengua) head, (Cabeza) guts (tripas) and even BRAINS (sesos) but with out a doubt and honestly no different from other parts society today eats, these tacos are amazingly prepped to perfection. Before saying No, try it at least once and be the judge for yourself if you happen to be in the area - I'll definingly swing on back again!
