The amount of revelations coming out of Liz and the Number 8 crew never stops being amazing!!

Tonight -
Cross Stitch - Liz has been sitting in on the Siouxsie Wiles case in Auckland. Its basically about her right to Freedom of Speech and this is relevant to N8's case on behalf of Amanda Turner. Siouxsie lost her first case in the ERA and now is taking it through the employment court.
Siouxsie is saying her employer failed to protect her in her work
Liz found it incredible what Siouxsie felt was her "having a bad time of it"
There was quite a bit of talk about peoples mental health
Siouxsie was pushing the jab and got abused for it. She is now in the place our NZ workers that suffered so horribly in the mandates and ongoing.
The abuse directed at Siouxsie by her employer, compared those worker members in N8, was very minimal.
Siouxsie refused to work with the University and their recommendations to help secure her safety. These recommendations cost the Uni $19k!!! Tax payer $$

Covid Modelling - Professor Frazer spoke about the money from the govt they receive and have to show where that money goes. So corrupt
Shaun Hendy - Basically studying chaos and the effects of it (and likely how to create it)

Siouxsie was all about promoting herself and being paid for that. She was earning money from her promotions and paying it to the university so she could do her research.... Far out... the corruption is off the scale

Erika's latest OIA - Siouxsie addressed a Judges Conference

Johnson and Laird Talent Agency - They have all kinds of well known NZdrs on their books incl Siouxsie

These people are making money out of NZ workers and small business owners on so many levels

Siouxsie promoted that she helped maori but they were targeted in greater numbers to be killed and maimed in greater numbers and by their own people

00:27 C19 Modelling - "Risk to the community" How many 1pm broadcasts did it take to create chaos and fear. Is this part of their study? Maori are going to get it so much more...?
Very questionable all of their data gathering and the motives surrounding it.

00:36 - It would be really interesting to get the recording of the Judges Conference seeing as we are paying for it

Liz talks about what she see as our "Lever" through the courts

00:37 The propaganda team, Johnson & Laird Creators Limited (8211519) Registered Director (1 of 1): Imogen Heloise Johnson

is ALSO “Senior Advisor at HQSC (Health Quality & Safety Commission) more TAX PAYER FUNDED bs that we didnt as for and dont want!
Living off the Public service!!!

00:39 The main purpose of our Freedom of Speech case to bring in to focus that we DO have a constitution which in the US brings the three arms of government to account and we can do that here.
The three branches of Govt
1. The Crown - The Administration
2. The Parliament
3. The Judiciary
We will be able to hold them to account - via the law of the land

Peter Williams brings to light an issue in the Family courts then speaks about Article 3 ToW https://www.bassettbrashandhide.com/post/peter-williams-end-judicial-activism

The word is spreading!!

00:45 This is evidence that we have a constitution and that English Common law came in to NZ.

NZ Parliament should be making to decisions - not the crown.

We will introduce the fact that we do have a constitution to NZdrs ongoing - supported in ToW - not excluded from!

We chat about
Chch city council CEO
15 min cities

SW was given $200k to settle here initially..WTH!!

These people are raking it in!!!

TIMELINE:
1 – 00:00:00 – Explanation of the title “cross stitch” – Academic Freedom is a form of Freedom of Speech.
- Liz’s observations in court – Discission about the employment court 3-week case of Siouxsie Wiles, “associate professor” at the University of Auckland, against the university. She alleges a lack of protection in the workplace. As PCBU employer had a duty for employee’s mental state.
- Witnesses from the university, including the head of academic standards Professor Fraser, testified and said they followed proper procedures. Siouxsie’s lawyer argued she was treated differently, not getting promoted, due to her gender & “differences.”
- The university spent $19k on a risk consulting firm to do a security assessment for Siouxsie after she was doxed online. But she didn't follow many of their 20 recommendations. Contract through MBIE.
- Discussion about academic freedom, COVID modelling contracts and funding, and questioning the integrity of reports about Siouxsie’s impact and publications.
- Hendy’s speciality of creating chaos.
- It was revealed Siouxsie received $100k in funding but used it all to support her own research. She also had side speaking engagements (outside interest).
- University report written by Shaun Hendy and Kate Hannah, handed to MBIE

2 – 00:19:04 – Siouxsie Wiles had addressed a judges' conference on science, which raises questions given her field.
- Siouxsie’s outside interest was with a talent agency called Johnson and Laird that represents "*****". This raised questions about her speaking engagements.
- There was discussion of a company named Lucy Fearon related to dye testing or PPE gear. Also mention of "Luciferin" referring to a substance that makes people fluorescent under certain scans.
- Siouxsie was advised not to speak outside her expertise like at a Māori council meeting. Her head of department Davidson was referenced but is no longer there.
- Debate around whether Siouxsie is actually an epidemiologist given her background is in microbiology studying microbes in petri dishes. Questions if this qualified her for modelling COVID risk.
- Section 36 (2) Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 - Primary duty of care. Siouxsie Wiles ' case argued the university failed this duty. Judge seem sympathetic to her.
- Discussion that Siouxsie’s work seemed more like a social experiment on modelling public risk perception than epidemiological science – Modelling tools? – Was just collecting money for charlatan work?
- Siouxsie apparently rubbed workers the wrong way when visiting workplaces.
- More questions raised about her credentials in communicating in science.

3 – 00:35:02 – Erika to do OIA requests related to Siouxsie Wiles ' speech to judges, asking who paid/hired her, what the subject was, etc. Getting recordings was also proposed.
- Questions raised about her talent agency Johnson and Laird and connection to govt advisor Imogen Thompson; Johnson & Laird Creators Limited (8211519) Registered Director (1 of 1): Imogen Heloise Johnson
- Amanda’s “Freedom of Speech” case to bring into fact NZ has a constitution.
- Discussion of using the NZ Constitution to hold the courts, administration and Parliament accountable, referencing Article 3 on equal rights/British law. Views this could unite people.
- Bassett, Brash & Hide website re Peter Williams writing flagged the Family Court acknowledging Māori culture in a case could set precedent. Quotes Treaty of Waitangi Article 3 on equal rights - Discussion on Judge’s comments.
Section 6 Imperial Laws Application Act 1988 and more, crown should be outta here.
OPEN CHAT
- Christchurch City Council CEO and 5 councillors resigning. Maybe they don't want to be around for future trials.
- Birmingham City Council referenced as large and possibly divided into "15 minute cities". Brief discussion of applying this concept elsewhere in NZ.
- Link found between Siouxsie Wiles ' talent agency and Imogen Thompson advising Bloomfield/Hipkins – District-health-boards-take-part-in-world-hand-hygiene-day-2021/ raising conflict of interest concerns.

4 – 00:50:03 – Scary picture of Siouxsie Wiles.
- Siouxsie Wiles was given $200,000 to relocate to New Zealand from the University of Edinburgh. Questions around compensation.
- Discussion of World Hand Hygiene Day in relation to COVID messages. Wash your hands T-shirt 😉
- Confirmation of Siouxsie Wiles ' background from the University of Edinburgh and awards she received.
- Questions raised about ability to get workplace inspectors like from Labour or Health and Safety agencies to investigate issues.
- Public servants are job hopping between roles to exploit the system.
- Discussion of Christchurch City Council CEO and 5 councillors resigning over low morale or morals issues. Questions around overseas hires in local government.
- Money making scam for speaking engagements, raking it in from the public purse

5 – 00:59:54 – OPEN CHAT - The speaker complained to a supermarket employee about the loud self-service machines constantly yelling. The employee responded rudely referring to indigenous ownership of the land. Narratives being played out.
- Discussion about different groups ganging up on others who dispute narratives. Reference to Siouxsie Wiles complaining about trying to change the narrative.
- Victim card and accusations of victim blaming as defensive tactics.
- Speculation that incompetent officials from the UK may be fleeing potential consequences there by taking jobs in New Zealand instead.
- David Cameron, parliament and the house of lords history of the English civil war, Remittance men, Australia as a penal colony, and difficulties navigating Auckland Hospital due to English not being the main language for directions.
- Additional commentary on self-service checkouts becoming more common worldwide, and concerns about machines loudly yelling instructions constantly in stores.
- Discomfort expressed with being lectured about land ownership by someone speaking with a strong foreign accent. Advocacy for understanding legal protections and equality regardless of background.
- Dollar Store self-service machines don't yell but were still avoided by the speaker in favour of a human cashier.
- A local vegetable shop owner noted cash usage has increased from very few to around 50% of customers in the past 4-5 months.
- Discussion of joining the union and a link shared to the application form page.
- Praise for Alicia’s career in ice hockey playing for boys teams, refereeing and representing New Zealand women.
- Acknowledgment of pressures some athletes faced over vaccination requirements to continue competing.
- Reminder about supporting legal funds like Amanda Turner's through the website number8.org.nz & Antz Haines via link below.
