Amazon facing $28,000 fine over Plainfield warehouse worker's death

Amazon is facing a $28,000 fine after a worker at their Plainfield warehouse was killed by a forklift earlier this year. A safety order issued by the Indiana Department of Labor says the September 24 accident was a result of inadequate training and failure to follow safety procedures by the Amazon warehouse.
