How to make delectable Pumpkin Pie (Instant Pot)

This is an easy Recipe for a delectable Pumpkin Pie with Graham Cracker Crust made in the Instant Pot. You can serve it plain or with a cloud of whipped Cream.

Pumpkin Pie (Instant Pot)
Ingredients:
Crust:
1-1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
6 tbsp Butter, melted

Filling:
15 oz Pumpkin Puree
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (13,25 oz)
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Salt

7" Springform
Instant Pot
Trivet
1 cup hot Water

Line Springform with Parchment Paper, butter Form.
Combine Graham Cracker Crumbs, Sugar, Cinnamon & Butter.
Fill Springform with Crumb Mixture, press down and up on sides.
Freeze for 15 Minutes.
Combine Pumpkin Puree, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Eggs, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger & Salt, mix well.
Pour the filling into the prepared Springform. Place a trivet into Pot, add 1 cup of hot Water in Instant Pot.
Use a foil sling to lower the pie.
Secure the Lid.
Pressure Cook 30 Minutes open after 10 Minutes natural release.
Remove Pie & cool completely, (best after cooling refrigerate over night)
Carefully remove Springform, cut & serve with whipped Cream.
