Yesterday's promise was unfulfilled...because the defense attorney is throwing everything at this judge to see what sticks. Our favorite Alabama death row inmate is back in the news. And a man I covered in a recent podcast episode is STILL not through the discovery phase of his trial. Sounds to me like the courts need to get a grip.
