Follow this step-by-step meditation guide to expand your intuitive compass:

•Find Your Space: Sit or lie down comfortably in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax.

•Centering Breath: Take a few moments to focus solely on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, letting go of any tension with each breath.

•Body Awareness: Gradually shift your attention to your body. Start from your toes and work your way up, noticing any areas of tension or relaxation. Allow your body to settle and release any discomfort.

•Visualize Expansion: Picture a glowing light or a symbol at the center of your chest, representing your intuitive compass. Imagine this light growing brighter with each breath, expanding outward to encompass your entire body.

•Connect with Intuition: Focus on this radiant light, feeling it as the source of your intuition. Acknowledge any sensations, feelings, or thoughts that arise without judgment. Allow your intuition to speak to you through this expanding light.

•Open to Guidance: As the light expands beyond your body, imagine it connecting with the space around you. Feel a sense of connection with the world and the universe. Invite guidance and wisdom to flow into your expanded intuitive space.

•Receive and Reflect: Stay in this expanded state for a few moments, open to receiving insights or guidance. Trust in your intuition and let it communicate with you in its own way.

•Gratitude and Closure: Gradually bring your awareness back to your physical body. Take a few deep breaths, thanking your intuition for any messages or insights received. When you're ready, gently open your eyes.

Remember, the key is to remain open and receptive during this meditation. Don't rush the process; allow yourself the time to connect deeply with your intuition and expand your intuitive compass.
