Bald Eagle-Juvenile

The Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) is a Bird of Prey belonging to the Hawk (Accipitridae) Family that can be found throughout North America. The Bald Eagle feeds mostly on fish and lives near the ocean and other large bodies of water. It takes five years for the feathers on the head, neck, and tail of a Bald Eagle to turn white.
