The chaos was captured in a video uploaded to the social media site Reddit. It starts after the drama had erupted onboard Flight 1161 on November 16, with a woman sobbing and swearing at airline employees as they pulled her down the aisle. 'Stop pulling on my arm!' she barks as she emits a blood-curdling scream. A passenger in a gray beanie walks into frame and follows the employees as they lead the screaming woman towards the front of the plane. Things just go downhill from there as you can see.
