Evri - AnotherTerrible Delivery

Yet again a parcel delivered by Evri / Hermes was dumped outside, despite a very clear sign on my front door saying things must be handed to myself or a neighbour because they are being damaged or stolen, I come home to this parcel sat outside in the rain where it had been for about 27 hours.
