UNHINGED Leftist Goes on Crazy Rant at Portland City Council

Elizabeth Capone, a former district five city council candidate, went on a truly wild rant, screaming at Portland Mayor Kate Snyder. She then proceeded to jump on the Mayor's desk, and had to be removed by five security guards.
