During the time this video was released, Mr. Deadman claimed that Ethan Ralph got them fired from their CPS job, and the only evidence Deadman had for this claim is that they said they overheard their boss talking on the phone to someone who sounded like Ethan Ralph. Due to this, the irrelevant nobody that is Mr. Deadman got in a Sunrise Productions video (Sunrise Production was a big Ralph alog clipping channel, most likely secretly run by Tea Clips). I remember even the commenters on there, who would genuinely believe Ethan Ralph strangled a dog to death on a chair without a hint of irony, didn't believe Deadman, and rightfully called it out as the attention seeking ploy that it was. That's the context for this art piece.
