Wonder Woman Will Not be Live Service

Warner Bros. announces that Wonder Woman will not be a live service game. Then why is Monolith looking for someone with experience with live service? They're not big enough to work on two games at the same time.
Now if Monolith has been working on Wonder Woman since 2017, after Shadow of War was released, then I assume that Wonder Woman is nearly done and Monolith is working on another game, but....it's still tbd.
