Thief steals money from cash register

Video has emerged from Russia of a criminal stealing money from a cash register in broad daylight. This footage was captured by a CCTV at the small grocery store in the city of Saratov. As can be seen in the video, the man walks around the small store and just pretends to look at goods without buying anything. The criminal is convinced that the seller is distracted by buyers. Then he pulls his hand to the cash register and snatches money from it. It takes him a few seconds. The female seller notices the robbery, but it’s too late now - the criminal is already running away. She rushes after him, but the criminal jumps into car parked near the grocery store and quickly disappears from the crime scene as far as possible. Police officers failed to catch the criminal and he is still on the run
