This is promotional video shot for the Philips Interactive Media release of 'No World Order', an interactive music project by Todd Rundgren. The footage was taken during a Rundgren concert in Chicago in November 1993. This is dubbed from U-matic (3/4") tape. The CD-i was billed as "the world's first truly interactive music album."
