15-minute stretching routine to help you achieve your front splits!
If your goal is to get your front splits, I recommend committing 3-6 times a week to practicing these stretches. Remember, splits are not easy; they can take a lot of time and dedication to get there. Keep going; don’t give up! This video focuses on opening your hips, stretching your hamstrings and quads, and really preparing the lower body for the splits.
These stretches are great even if your goal is not to just achieve your splits but to improve hip health, range of motion, mobility, and lower body flexibility, which will help you in your day-to-day activities, sports, the gym, etc.
