Rebellion Rising is the second mission in the Itacua province in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands.

Nomad will receive a call from Pac Katari who will ask him to capture a Santa Blanca supply convoy and protect a rebel radio transmitter to keep the rebel forces active.

The rebel movement in Itacua is in bad shape, and Pac Katari needs our help. The more we support him now, the more support we can expect from him in the future.
