MiSTer PS1 SNAC Memory Card Modification

A quick mod to add Playstation Memory Card support to the basic PS1 SNAC for the MiSTer FPGA system. Needed because Namco arcade ports often need to save to slot 1, so when using SNAC for GunCon/NegCon/etc, saving is done to the physical card slot the controller is on.
