CRUNCY BISCUIT LEMON DESSERT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Biscuits -2 Packets
Whipping Cream – 38g (2 Sachets)
Condensed Milk – 390g
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
Lime Juice Extract – ¼ Cup
Green Food Colour – 2 drops
Lime Slice – 2 Full
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

Step 1-Caramalizing Lime Slices :-Take a Frying Pan , add 2 tbsp of Sugar & 2 tbsp of Water , boil it with low flame till bubbles Pop up , then add all the lime slice in it to get it Caramalized when it changes the colour little then flip the lime other side, when the Colour turns light Golden in Colour and bit sticky , its done.

Step 2-Whipping Cream Mixture:-Take a bowl add 390g of Condensed Milk , 1/4th Cup of Lime Juice Extract, 1 tsp of Cinnamon Powder , 38g ( 2 Sachets) of Whipping Cream , Mix it with a Machine Blender, when they turn thick & smooth its done. Take 2 tbsp of this Cream & add few drops of Green Colour , mix it , you can use this for Topping decoration .

Step 3- Layering

Take a Pyrex Glass Tray , lay biscuits at the bottom as 1st layer , Lay the Cream as 2nd Layer , Repeat the process for 3 times , when reach to last Cream Layer , Decorate the top with the Green Cream on your own innovative design, drop some Crushed Biscuit on the sides & lay the Caramelized Lime on Top.

Serving:
Serve it Cold with any Tea or Coffee
