Indianapolis Special Olympics athlete qualifies for Boston Marathon

An Indianapolis Special Olympian became the second ever to qualify for the Boston Marathon on time alone Saturday. Andrew Peterson, who was born with fetal alcohol syndrome, competed in the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon and finished the race in 2 hours and 57 minutes, who minutes faster than the time needed to qualify for the Boston Marathon in 2019.
