Info from Licensor: "My girlfriend and I were heading home late at night on the highway when we noticed a burning smell. Farther up the road we saw a tractor-trailer with sparks flying off of it and I immediately pulled out my phone after which, his wheel fell off, and went into the woods off the highway."
