Oppenheimer director Christopher Nolan said in a recent interview he’s more supportive of physical media such as DVDs and Blu-Rays over just streaming services.

It’s Christopher Nolan’s belief that one never has true access to movies or show when it lives on a streaming service such as Netflix, Max (formerly HBO Max), Paramount+, or Disney+. We have seen streaming outlets censor or remove movies and shows in the past. If fans want to make sure they can have access to a movie and show they need to own a physical copy during a time when studios and retailers are looking to end them.
