Light Up Ocala 2023 🔴💡🟢💡🔵

An annual event in central Florida that has been taking place for the last 40 years, with the exception of the covid year, 2020. Marion County, its organizer, describes it as the kick off of the holiday season. It is scheduled for the last weekend before Thanksgiving, yet I missed out on any and all thereanent decorations, since the whole event was Christmas themed.

There hasn't been much of a Halloween celebration this year... and I can well understand why. But disregarding the celebration of all the blessings of the past year doesn't sit right with me, unless... the blessings have been sparse... for quite some time now? Aye, they have.

We need a switch and - lo and behold! - somebody must have taken care of it since the switch (lights up and hopefully much more) happened at the main square at 6:30pm on Saturday, Nov 18, 2023.

November 18 in our current Gregorian calendar was Nov 5 according to the Julian calendar... Remember, remember?

Maybe, after all, we live in a 100% spiritual universe where everything makes sense, there are no coincidences, things only manifest once they're truly ripe and everything happens the way it should.
