🔸 Bhaji Ingredients:
4 to 5 Potatoes (Boiled)
1/2 Big Cauliflower (Boiled with Turmeric)
Some Peas
1 Large Size Onion (Chopped)
1 Capsicum (Chopped)
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1 Lemon Juice
1 Small Boiled and Grated Beetroot
1/2 cup of Garlic Water Paste
5 Small Size Tomatoes (Blended with 3 small Green Chilies)
4 Tbs Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbs Kasuri Methi
Salt (As per your taste)
Bhaji Masala
🔸 Pav (Buns) Ingredients:
500gm of Flour
10gm of Yeast
5gm of Bread Improver
10gm of Salt
20gm of Sugar
300mls of Water
30mls of Oil
2 Tbs wheat flour
Bake these buns at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, and you'll have golden, fluffy pav ready to be paired with the flavorful bhaji.
