On today’s show I have the pleasure of welcoming author Paul Joel to talk about his book called A Man Like You & Me - A Supernatural Adventure Story, we learn what inspired Paul to become an author and we take a deep dive into the creative process Paul followed when writing his book.

Paul grew up in Brooklyn, NY, went to medical school in Manhattan and did an internship and residency at Kings County Hospital/Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn, NY. He did a fellowship in Pulmonary at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pulmonary.

On today’s content-rich call, Paul reveals the creative process he followed when writing his latest book called A Man Like You & Me - A Supernatural Adventure Story. Based on a true story, this novel is a supernatural adventure story about the supernatural events that happened in October, 1982 that continues to this day.

Quote: “I’m the physician depicted in the novel and the “beautiful blond” in the novel is my wife. In the novel and in real life, I’m supposed to convince the pope to consecrate Russia as requested in 1917 in the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Moscow (not in the Vatican). The consecration is to be done to avoid a nuclear holocaust. It is also a love story. Most people think they are the hero of their life story but as in the novel and in real life, my wife is the hero of my life story.”
