The blue collar landscape is facing a tremendous amount of strain, we see it all over retail because we travel for work. Friends of ours talk about short staffing, lots of OT, increased workloads, but are still struggling to get by.

We've noticed that there's no large scale conversation about it yet because the media ignores it. If you have an interesting story about what life is like in your personal America, we want to give you a voice to inspire others. Times are tough, and we all could do with the realization that we aren't alone as much as we think.

We want to hear your thoughts on what should be done to help the situation, we want to hear about your passions and what keeps you going, and the real perspective of what struggles You've faced.
