Health Districts have UNLIMITED POWER! We Must Stop Them!

Our health is invaluable, but so is our freedom and the rights of our fellow citizens. Idaho Code 39-414 has granted Health Districts broad, unchecked power to impose whatever they deem “reasonable and necessary.” While the intention may be noble, some health districts took extreme measures during the pandemic, causing injury, hardship, and loss to innocent individuals.

It’s time to bring back the balance and ensure accountability for our health districts. We must make sure that their actions are prudent and not abusive to the common citizen.

Contact your legislators and demand amendments to Idaho Code 39-414 that establish clear boundaries for health districts, ensuring that their actions are proportionate to the situation.
