We've all heard the expression, "you can't see the forest through trees", right? What is simply means is that the answers or solutions are often right in front of us when we are faced with things in our lives, but, because we are so focused on the problems, we too often can't see the answer because we're not looking correctly.

Peter ran into a similar situation when he saw Jesus walking on the water, asked Him if it was indeed He that the disciples were looking at then bid him come to Him. Well, the gist of this miracle was simply this; not only did Jesus bid Peter to come to Him on the water; but Peter actually walked on the water to get to Jesus. The problem was that though he was doing fine while his focus was on Jesus and His word at the start; Peter lost his focus as he instead turned to the storm around them; it was then that he "began" to sink. (Matthew 14:38-30)

Too often, we allow our own focus to be dimmed by doubt and circumstances in and around us, rather than focus on the Lord and His promises which are always true. One of the things we forget to do is give Him thanks, even when things are at their worst, and praise Him for His answers.

Below are just a FEW scriptures relating to the importance of "Giving Praise & Thanks to God"; my challenge to you - FIND MORE THROUGHOUT THE WORD OF GOD; then, PUT THE WORD TO PRACTICE IN YOUR LIFE, DAILY! Amen & Shalom & Aloha In Christ Jesus!
