Homeless Man Arrested for Trespassing on Preschool

A homeless man was arrested after a preschool owner accused him of trespassing onto the school's playground while children were playing. It happened at the So Big So Bright Preschool located at 2874 Davis Boulevard Friday morning. The woman told Deputies that 58-years-old Gary O'Neal had walked onto the school's property with a cup in his hand while children were on the playground. The owner advised that she yelled at O'Neal to leave but he continued to walk closer to the property. O'Neal was arrested and charged with Trespassing.
