Hon. KERRIE SYMMONDS, the Barbados Minister of Foreign Affairs says NOTHING is questionable about the inclusion of human rights provision relating to gender in the SAMOA Agreement. However, Jamaica, Trinidad, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Antigua, Nigeria, Namibia and 27 other countries did not sign the agreement which could seem to say they are uncomfortable with certain aspects of it. On tonight's show we ask Jamaican attorney at law, PHILIPPA DAVIS, a member of Jamaica Coalition for a Healthy Society the following questions.

1. What aspects of the Samoa Agreement did Jamaica find questionable?
2. Does this mean that Jamaica and the other 33 countries will have to face the consequences of not signing? What are the consequences?
3. Is there a declining value of the ACP
There are many other questions that have been submitted that will also be asked tonight.

PLUS: Hear from 20 year old THIERRY GITTENS on Barbados proposed Education Reform from a youth perspective. He will aso give his perspective on the increase in teenage suicide and youth mental health issues.
