IDF Attacks Hamas, Hezbollah Targets | US, Israel Reject Reports Of Hostage Release | Gaza War
With the onset of the seventh week of the war with Hamas, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) is expanding its operations in the northern Gaza Strip. The IDF claims its fighter jets struck “many” Hamas targets in Jabaliya, Beit Lahiya, and Zeitoun in the Gaza Strip overnight. Israel and Hamas have agreed to a tentative US-brokered to pause the conflict in exchange for hostage release, as per The Washington Post . However, the US national security official said there is no deal yet but efforts to free hostages in exchange for pauses in fighting are ongoing.
