Spoonbill rescue

This bird went for my lure and got hooked in it's wing. I tried, gently, even though it doesn't look like it, to extract the hook. But the barb made that too dangerous. So I worked the needle nose pliers cutters to the single tine on the treble hook and cut the tine so the rest of the hook could be rolled out of its skin.
