1½ c. raw shredded pumpkin (can use up to 2 cups)

1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. water

Dry:

2/3 c. sugar
11/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup white chocolate chips
