Free the JFK Files!

In 1992, the U.S. Congress passed the #JFK Records Act, mandating that all documents still held secret must be released to the public within 25 years. Yet, the government has continued to delay for six years past the original 2017 deadline.

As the 60th anniversary of the #JFKAssassination approaches next week, we ask: why won't they finally free the #JFKFILES?

Kennedy Assassination historian Jim DiEugenio (screenplay writer for Oliver Stone's new documentary "JFK Revisited" and author of the accompanying book) is involved with a lawsuit filed against the Biden Administration and the National Archives by a coalition of JFK Assassination Researchers.

As part of our #JFK60 special coverage this week, we are rebroadcasting part of our October 2022 interview with Jim DiEugenio. Jim explains why it became necessary to take legal action -- the only way to compel the government to comply with the original 1992 law and give up its secrets about what really happened to President John F. Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963. The lawsuit is ongoing.

2024 presidential candidate #RFKJr (JFK's nephew) has pledged to declassify and release ALL of the JFK Files on day one of his administration.

That's one of many reasons why I'm endorsing Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. for president of the United States. Join me at: http://Kennedy24.com/LoriSpencer
