North Las Vegas ballet teacher asks for donations despite troubled past

Bernadette Sanders is the director of North Las Vegas Ballet Theater, located in a small office suite near Ann Road and Camino Al Norte. She says mistakes in her past should not stop her from asking for donations, even though she admits she is behind on restitution payments stemming from a theft case against her.
