Pacing of Tokyo Revengers Season 3

Do you find the new season of Tokyo Revengers a pit slower than the other two seasons. Do you see some issues with animation. We in this video Liffarian Parzer makes his arguments that the new season seems to be hampered by something.
Don't get him wrong he is a big fan of the series but he just cannot help but notice that there is a problem with the pacing of the show.
