Second Launch of SpaceX Starship

After the super heavy rocket (B9) and the starship spacecraft (S25) are successfully thermally separated, the picture of the attitude adjustment explosion occurs. Before the separation, all engines worked normally and the thermal separation was completed. The goal of the test flight was to get the starship off the ground in Texas, into space near orbit, then through the Earth's atmosphere and splashed down off the coast of Hawaii. Since the failure of the first flight in April this year, SpaceX has made at least 1000 changes to the design of the starship.
