Pallet Upcycle Challenge 2015 Brewing Bench

*Note:* I should have said splice lap joint, not shiplap joint. Who writes this stuff, I know?

The bench was specifically designed for my wife for brewing hard cider and wine. The main bench top is 48" x 28" and will be used for filling carboys either initially or when racking, and for filling bottles. The top shelf is used for storing carboys which are fermenting until they are ready for racking for being loaded into the bottling bucket. And finally there is shelving underneath the bench for holding bottles.
