The Beginning of 2020 changed the entire world with the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The world is a different place where many of us have had to change the way we live our lives and manage our day to day activities. Many have lost their lives and become very ill.

Our hearts go out to every person out there around the world that has been impacted by this horrible virus. It is truly a tragedy that this virus has swept across our planet.

For many of us who haven't become very ill this has meant a lot of time at home during stay at home orders or quarantines. Many of us can't work and the news just gets more and more depressing every day.

This video is a message to photographers out there who are struggling to know what they can do during these trying times. These are the steps that I am taking during this time to stay safe and keep shooting.

For many photography is a huge stress reliever. The vast majority of us out there originally took up photography not to make a living at it, but simply because we enjoy it as it is a great escape from the rigors of our daily life.

Please note: We highly advocate everyone out there to follow all of the guidelines laid out to them by their government and health officials. But we also encourage you to keep photography a part of your life while doing some of the things you are still allowed to do.

Our channel will begin a weekly homework assignment to help all those out there during this time. For full details on this program please visit www.jasonlanier.com/homework

We thank for watching and truly hope everyone out there is staying safe and being responsible to themselves and their community.

Sincerely,

Jason Lanier
