Storm Shield Forecast morning update 11-3-17

We'll see scattered showers today as subtropical moisture gets drawn up from the southwest, but it's only spotty and the best chance to see it will be in the mountains,but don't expect any accumulation today. So we're cloudy and cool again today with scattered showers across Kern County with a high of 69 in Bakersfield with moderate air quality, 60 in Isabella and just the lower 50s in the south mountains.
