Proof that Biden is Managed

During President's Xi visit in San Francisco to meet Biden, a reporter took the chance of asking the President if he still believed Xi was a dictator and Biden answered yes. Biden once again humiliated the United States by failing to behave as a top tier statesman, making very obvious social blunders constantly.
