Christianity The Morally Superior Concept

Does Christianity give a society a better superior moral sense then other views such as Atheism & Islam? Have Atheist who removed religion from a society built on Christian values built a moral foundation to stand on or just stolen one they feel the need to chop up as they imagine their building a scientific utopia?
